Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day once they are ready to ship.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Standard Delivery Times
- UK (Standard Delivery): 3–7 working days
- International (Standard Delivery): Up to 20 working days
For customised items and Storage Hub–fulfilled orders, delivery times may vary (see below).
Express Delivery Times
- UK (Express): 1–2 working days
- International (Express): 5–7 working days
Shipping Partners
- UK: Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri, DPD
- International: Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Evri, UPS
Customised & Storage Hub Orders
- Customised items and items fulfilled from our Storage Hub require additional processing time.
- Customisation typically takes 5–14 working days, after which items are shipped from our supplier to our site.
- Customisation times may vary due to:
- Availability of raw materials
- Public holidays
- Other unforeseen circumstances
We always prioritise customised and Storage Hub orders and do our best to dispatch them as quickly as possible.
Important: For communication purposes, all Storage Hub items are treated as customised orders.
Express Delivery on Customised Orders
- Customers selecting Next Day Special Delivery, 24-hour, or 48-hour services for customised items must contact us before placing an order.
- Dispatch for such orders will occur:
- Once the item reaches our site (approximately 5–14 working days after order placement)
- Plus 1 working day for processing
- After dispatch, the order will follow the standard UK or International delivery times based on the chosen service.
Collection & Storage of Items
- We are an online-only store.
- All items are stored securely in warehouse/storage units; no stock is kept at our registered address.
- For collection orders:
- Items are picked, packed, and brought to our address after an order is placed
- Collection details and timings will be shared once the order is ready
- We do not have facilities for browsing or trying items before ordering, as stock is stored approximately 30 minutes away.
- Customers are welcome to try items at the time of collection.
No Cancellations Policy
- We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Our shipping operations and customer query handling systems are separate, and by the time a cancellation request is received, the item may already have been dispatched.
- Cancelling orders also incurs restocking and handling costs, as items must be returned to inventory.
To avoid any inconvenience or disappointment, please only place an order if you fully intend to purchase the item.
